Is Drug Repurposing really benefiting Covid-19 patients?

Image
Drug repurposing is the procedure of determining new therapeutic uses of existing/old/available drugs. It is one of the most effective methods in developing drug molecules with new therapeutic indications. The drug  repurposing process is also known as drug repositioning. In the past few years, there are lots of pharmaceutical companies which are developing new drugs with the discovery of novel biological targets by implementing repositioning strategy in the drug discovery and development program. This strategy is considered the highly efficient, low-cost, time-saving and minimum risk of failure. In addition, it improves the therapeutic value of the drug as well as enhance the success rate. So, the drug repositioning strategy is an effective approach for the traditional drug discovery process.   To find new molecular entities (NME) through a traditional approach or de-nova drug discovery process is quite lengthy, expensive and time-consuming. Is long work hours real happiness or sign of lethality?

Image
Is long work hours real happiness or a sign of lethality? As we know very well, from last year wfh has become granted factor for IT sector because it is a too cost-effective way for them. Companies do not have to provide any type of facilities to the employees and gets quality work. Now companies enable to achieve the number of projects within timeframe neither thinking that long working hours can impact one’s health nor about the mental stability of employees. However, people also get privilege from WFH such as they do not have to deal with various kinds of stuff like transportation, fixed schedule of working, wearing formals etc. In the working from home, they are more comfortable because they get flexible working hours, gets time to spend with the family, complete work with relaxation sitting posture and all. But is it comfortable? I don't think so, work from home is a really good option because companies have taken it as a granted form. They just put the work on employees a...

Is WHO’s response the subject of controversy?

Is WHO’s response the subject of controversy?        I don’t know from where should I start? I am feeling that nowadays government bodies have started to play with human's health. Even we also don’t know anything so we adapt a method to be part of the rat race. Our health consultants, organization etc. follows this trend. For instance, W orld Health Organization (WHO) claims that Remdesivir is a more effective drug to treat the patient with Covid-19 . Due to this number of countries across the world have taken manufacturing and purchase approval from US-FDA.       Initially, Remdesivir was given to  Donald Trump   ( President of US )  when he had infected with Covid-19 and a recovery report came desirable. From that point, the number of pharmaceutical companies starts to manufacture Remdesivir and supplies a wide number of countries around the globe which already have taken approval of purchasing. A rapid outbreak of SARS-COV-19 in ...

This right will allow me to sell shares of XYZ anytime I want.      The share  market and the stock market are quite similar to each other but the key difference between them is that the share market permits one to trade shares. 2021: Another year of triumph, or year of confusion?

2021: Another year of triumph, or year of confusion? Is this the right title or not? As all we aware about 2020, it did not go away as we all planned. A worldwide covid-19 pandemic closed us in place, closing many businesses, social lives down and our businesses for good. Awfully, most of the people did not have any idea what to do with this situation or tackle this pandemic. Instead of amalgamating together as a country or more broadly as a world, we completed becoming even more isolated, due to several reasons i.e. nature of the virus itself, but merely because of the way that our political and cultural conversation has headed. As we were not enabled to put off these differences that’s why it cost us greatly. Just because of this, another year of our lives away from the family, another year of wasted time for most of us not to gain our defined goals. More shockingly, another year with the strange relationship between god and the temple. Temple is not required to co...

This term can be explained in various ways, including acceptance of women’s viewpoint, raises the status of the women through education, literacy, awareness and training. Women’s empowerment permits women to take their own life-determining decisions through the issues in society. But let’s think over this, it is the right definition of women’s empowerment. No, this is not because women's are that beautiful gift who gives the born a child and grows him/her by giving all care, knowledge, and ambitions with immense love. But in return, they never expect anything from men society except respect, growth and their wellbeing.
