 Are women really empowered in modern society?

Women’s empowerment is the procedure of empowering women. This term can be explained in various ways, including acceptance of women’s viewpoint, raises the status of the women through education, literacy, awareness and training. Women’s empowerment permits women to take their own life-determining decisions through the issues in society. But let’s think over this, it is the right definition of women’s empowerment. No, this is not because women's are that beautiful gift who gives the born a child and grows him/her by giving all care, knowledge, and ambitions with immense love. But in return, they never expect anything from men society except respect, growth and their wellbeing. So, no definition can define that what is female.  She often sacrifices several rights from her childhood due to some orthodox thinking's people who think that a female is just a burden for them and she cannot carry their dynasty. If a mother starts to think, why will I give birth to a baby boy or girl to gain excess pain then this society cannot exist. But male society does not think about it. They just try to snatch all empowerment of the girl in different ways such as by doing rapes, blubbering with the girl, molestation with the teenagers etc. that creates scariness and torture them mentally and physically. I am not saying, overall society keeps the same perception. There are several people’s who upgrade themselves accordingly time and understand the significance of the women. In the modern world, we have the freedom to take our own decisions, put on clothes according to our choice, select a life partner we want, etc. Now, we have that empowerment on the behalf of that we can say “Yes! We can do everything like boys do”. But the reality is beyond this statement.

Today, women’s are more powerful according to several people’s perception. But still, men’s society is not ready to accept this truth. In modern society, lots of highly educated people’s are living who supports women to proceed further. However, several people still keep negative thoughts for the female or try to let down women’s by saying such a statement like “girls/women’s put small clothes to show their body or want to tempt male society” or in sympathy form, they also say "girls must select desk-job instead of doing such job whereas they have to face physical hard work”, or “girls or women’s should understand their limit” or if a female has several male friends then our society judges them and comments them that “ she is characterless” or if any female trap such bad situation or several people takes undue advantage of that situation after that our society says that it’s a fault of that female, she should not have put on short clothes or should not have to come late at night. In the male society, there are some women’s also who allows male to say such words and limit the freedom of girls. So, I will not say that our society has broadened its thinking. 

We are living in the 21^st century and has developed our lifestyle, economical status, luxurious life, procced female to do anything whatever they want etc. After that, we still cling to our so-called orthodox thinking when we got human’s right to live, education, speak and takes the own decision. So, it’s time to understand the deepness of women’s empowerment and destroy that orthodox thinking which brings the difference between male and female. If a female is putting equal efforts like a male into society to make our lives better then it’s male society responsibility to support them each and every moment instead of saying that you must select your career in that field whereas your family gets the benefit. We all pray to god and goddess to get prosperity and peacefulness then "why we forget that female" who is the reason of us and who gives born like us people and grows us to support her. But in return, we just give torture them and expects female society to understand male society merely.

There are infinite reasons to say that women's are special i.e. being women, things are harder on them as a compared man, after that they still manage to succeed in life. They are special because they bring people into the world but male society can’t do this. They are the ones who shape the world and they are enough stronger than a man because they do not fall apart through the intolerable reasons i.e. inequality which they receive in return from the male society. Our society does not treat them as equally as men are. A great example of that is salary. Women tend to get less pay scale than men either they are doing the same things or putting more efforts to make things better, but they are strong enough to hang in such circumstance and still gain their defined goals.

 "Women need to change for the women and supports them in each field instead of letting down or make them feel that they are weak. Supports the female and root out gender discrimination".
